Think Pink!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Through work, I have met some amazing people who have had a lasting effect on my life.  For the third time this year, we all celebrated the amazing life of a truly special woman. First time was her 50th birthday in March, then her big birthday bash in June and in September, we celebrated her life. She is a breast cancer survivor, a mother, a friend, a co-worker and an amazing woman. On September 25th, we did a local two mile Breast Cancer Walk followed by a little get together at her house.

Team: Survivors =)

My favorite senorita =)
Mama Diane and papa Collis
Home made sangria mixed with a little bit of Corona...why not?
My shoes before Diane's evil plan...
How and when did this happen? =)
Good times with great people and yummy food =)

Last month, marked 2 years since we lost our great friend, our ray of sunshine, Arays. She was a tough cookie, always kept the biggest smile on her face and always told it like it was. She lost her tough battle with cancer, but left an imprint in everyone's heart who met her. She was taken way too early from us, but she's watching us from above and through everything we do, she's always with us. She would have been turning 30 years old this coming January and it would have been the biggest Tequila party ever! We will most definitely toast to you up in heaven sweetie!! =)

We miss you every day, Arays! Rest in peace!!
